Technical Discovery Audit

We stress-test your existing environment — hardware, software, network, and security posture — before a single new component is introduced. Every vulnerability, bottleneck, and inefficiency is documented and financially quantified. Delivered in writing within 5 business days.

Architecture Design

We design the complete target environment: server topology, network architecture, cloud provisioning strategy, software system design, API contracts, data schema, and security framework. Infrastructure is planned for the load you will have in 24 months, not today.

Environment Provisioning

Hardware is procured and racked. Network infrastructure is cabled and configured. Cloud environments are provisioned via infrastructure-as-code. All environments are built in parallel — production never goes dark during build.

Software Deployment

Application layers are deployed to the provisioned infrastructure. Database schema migration, API deployment, frontend deployment, and integration testing — all conducted against the production-equivalent environment before cutover.

Security Hardening

Zero-trust policies applied. TLS 1.3 configured at every layer. Row-Level Security enforced at the database. IAM roles scoped to minimum privilege. Vulnerability scan conducted. NDPA 2023 compliance documentation completed.

Cutover & Validation

Parallel environments run simultaneously. Traffic is migrated incrementally — not in a single cutover. Each cohort is validated before the next is migrated. The legacy environment is decommissioned only after the new environment has proven stable under production load.
