By accessing or using the website vnsis.com (the "Site") and any services provided by VNSIS Technologies Limited (RC: 9316302) ("VNSIS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitues acceptance of those changes.

VNSIS Technologies creates enterprise-grade technical infrastructure and provides executive technology advisory. The content on this Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to provide services until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA) is executed. We engage exclusively with corporate entities and registered organizations. We do not provide services to individuals acting in a personal capacity.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. Framework") are owned by VNSIS Technologies. These materials are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. Limited License: You may access and view the content on the Site for your personal, non-commercial use or internal business evaluation purposes only.

The information presented on existing deployment case studies is generalized for confidentiality. Past performance does not guarantee future results in your specific technical environment. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
